Waitlist Details

• To participate in the Waitlist, you must do/ fulfill the following:
• Age must be 18 years or above;
• Must have a valid account on the Firedrops Platform and log into the same;
• Fulfill these terms and conditions
• You may choose to participate in this Waitlist by providing consent to Flipkart to record your participation in the waitlist. You may do so by signing up directly or by entering a referral code.
• Flipkart reserves the right, at any time to verify the validity of participation of Users in the Waitlist and to disqualify any User from participating in the Waitlist in the event of any violation of these T&Cs, or the Firedrops Platform Terms of Use or policies or any fraudulent activity or at the sole discretion of Flipkart.
• Users who have participated in the Waitlist understand that Flipkart has the sole discretion to provide access to the Firedrops Platform to you at any time as it may deem fit. Mere participation does not entitle You to be selected and given access to the Firedrops Platform at any specific time under this Waitlist.

General Terms & Conditions

• This Waitlist is valid only in India.
• The Waitlist is open to only end consumers and not resellers.
• Waitlist benefits shall not be settled in cash by Flipkart/Sellers and are not transferable.
• Flipkart/Sellers reserve the right to terminate, withdraw, suspend, amend, extend, modify, add or remove portions of this Waitlist, at any time without any prior written notice.
• You are not bound in any way to participate in this Waitlist. Any participation is voluntary and the Waitlist is being made purely on a best effort basis.
• All decisions pertaining to the selection of the participants for selection under this Waitlist are at the sole discretion of Flipkart based on a metric which is subject to change without notice.
• Flipkart reserves the right to disqualify You from the benefits of this Waitlist, if any fraudulent activity is identified as being carried out for the purpose of availing the benefits under the said Waitlist.
• The Waitlist shall be subject to force majeure events and on occurrence of such an event, the Waitlist may be withdrawn at the discretion of Flipkart/Sellers.
• Flipkart or third party service providers involved in this Waitlist shall not be responsible for any loss, injury or any other liability arising due to participation by any person in this Waitlist.
• This Waitlist is subject to the prevailing laws of India.
• You hereby agree to indemnify and keep Flipkart harmless against all damages, liabilities, costs, expenses, claims, suits and proceedings (including reasonable attorney's fees) that may be suffered by Flipkart as a consequence of (i) violation of the terms of this T&C by You; (ii) violation of applicable laws; (iii) any action or inaction resulting in willful misconduct or negligence on Your part.
• This T&C shall be governed in accordance with the applicable laws in India. Courts at Bangalore shall have the exclusive jurisdiction to settle any dispute that may arise under this T&C.
• Any query regarding this Waitlist will be entertained only till 31st August, 2023. Post such date, Flipkart will not entertain any correspondence or communication regarding this Waitlist from any persons
• This document is an electronic record in terms of Information Technology Act, 2000 and the Rules there under as applicable and the amended provisions pertaining to electronic records in various statutes as amended by the Information Technology Act, 2000. This electronic record is generated by a computer system and does not require any physical or digital signatures.
